5. Insurance and liabilities
The company and its agents act only as agents of clients in all matters relating to a tour operation.
The company will exercise utmost care in handling its guests and their property, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or personal injury.
Clients are therefore advised to obtain relevant insurance from their home countries.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining the relevant medical vaccinations.
Clients are therefore advised to have themselves properly informed in their home countries.
6. Medical and physical condition
Being on safari means 'being out in the bush'.
We recommend to be in a good condition when joining us and to be fully aware of the consequences of being out in the bush related to your personal health, physical condition and age.
Be aware that it takes time to get back from the bush to the 'civil world' to visit for instance a doctor or a hospital.
For instance driving from the Serengeti to Arusha takes approximately one full day of driving.
Lucky Tours & Safaris can't take any responsibility for any medical or physical problems that occurs on safari.
Of course there are good possibilities to join (temporary) Flying Doctors Service.
This service should be booked on personal and own initiative.
