Safaris

Here we describe all possible destinations for safaris in the North of Tanzania.
For your convenience, Lucky Tours & Safaris has already created a number of sample programs from which you can choose.
Nevertheless, it is also possible to create your own, unique trip from all the destinations that are presented.
That means you can combine parts from safaris with parts from trekking together with cultural tours to create your own tailor made programme.
For instance, you can combine a trip to the traditional tourist attractions of Lake Manyara and Arusha National Park with a climb to Mount Meru and a visit to Mto Wa Mbu.

Besides your destination(s), you may also choose which type of accommodation you prefer during your trip.
In general there are three choices: camp sites, hotels and lodges.
Camping is the cheapest option for spending the night, followed by hotels and lodges respectively.
As the prices for hotels and lodges differ across seasons, we can only provide you the camping rates.
If you are interested in staying in hotels or lodges during your trip, please inform us. We will inquire for the applicable rates and availability.
